When RainX launched a national sweepstakes promotion for its windshield wipers—giving away a rugged new Jeep—we built a campaign that was just as bold as the prize.
"RainX Marks the Spot" was a multi-touchpoint promotion designed to drive sales and spark engagement at Advance Auto Parts stores. From mobile-first emails and landing pages to in-store displays, hang tags, and digital ads, every piece pointed customers toward a simple call to action: text to win.
There was just one twist—we couldn’t use Jeep’s photography. So I did the next best thing: I illustrated the prize myself. Using Adobe Illustrator (pre-AI, thank you very much), I created a custom, on-brand visual that became the centerpiece of the campaign.
No shortcuts. No stock. Just problem-solving design that pulled the whole experience together—digitally and in-store.
